Using Intelligent Design, Wilson Staff ran thousands of simulations to create a driver that maximizes both speed and distance. The Wilson Labs team worked closely with the Advisory Staff members to develop a precise head shape which provides well-rounded performance off the tee.

PKR FACE – PEAK KINETIC RESPONSE
Every millimeter of the D9 driver face has been fine-tuned for explosive distance and performance. By dividing the face into a series of fractal zones, we’ve optimized forgiveness and ball speed.
[K]OMPOSITE CROWN
A three-layer crown of Kevlar® sandwiched between woven and unidirectional carbon fiber neutralizes vibration and is incredibly lightweight, which means a lower center of gravity for better ball flight.
OPTIMIZED WEIGHTING
Two weight configurations allow players to choose between a standard 10-gram or superlight 3-gram weight, for increased MOI and added forgiveness on all types of shots.
